Godrej 1.5 Ton AC is excellent in terms of cooling. It chills the room very quickly even in peak summer, runs quietly on normal mode, and the inverter makes it energy efficient. Convertible modes are handy to save power when full cooling isn’t needed. Great value for money – highly recommended!

The AC is Good. but The seller should have included the outdoor unit’s holding clamp and other small things like water pipes along with the unit. I had to pay RS 1000 for the clamp and RS 500 for the other small things separately to the installation Guy. If I had bought the same AC from an offline store the clamp and other small things would have been included inside the unit pack along with the ac. So I would recommend that buy the same AC from An off line show room.

Product Feedback – AC Installation Experience

While the AC itself is good and meets expectations, the installation experience through Amazon was extremely disappointing. I would like to share my concerns in detail:

1. I had scheduled the installation between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, but the technicians only arrived at 6:30 PM after multiple follow-up calls and requests.

2. Upon arrival, they insisted I purchase extra copper pipes from them without even assessing the actual requirement.

3. They also demanded an additional charge of ₹350 for drilling one hole to mount the outdoor compressor stand. Despite this, the stand was not installed properly, and one of the screws was left loose.

4. The indoor unit was also installed poorly, with an over 1-inch gap between the unit and the wall, which looks very bad and unprofessional.

5. Worse, the indoor unit seems to have been damaged during installation, as it now produces a noticeable sound during operation.

6. The behavior of the installation personnel was very rude and unprofessional, which made my family and I feel extremely uncomfortable.

Given this experience, I would not recommend purchasing such products through Amazon, as they appear to have little control over the quality and professionalism of their service teams.
