Very bad after sale service, the performance is very bad of the product the AC is not getting on with the remote, the synchronization is very bad between the remote and the AC, the product is defective that is why it is totally value for money because it is not working,
After multiple complaints the Godrej didn’t even give a response the people at the customer service centre are unorganised and mismanagement..
The cooling of the AC is not affective.
I got the product on 1st of April 2025 and the installation was done on 7th of April 25 after 6 days… That was beginning of the poor service..
Initial days for 10 days it was working OK, cooling efficiency was also okay it was not effective, then after sometime the remote was not working properly and the AC was not getting on, so I complained on Godrej customer service, till date I have not received any response from Godrej.
So I would recommend to not to buy Godrej product not sure about this AC might be a defective one from the lot..!!

Product is good but it is not 5 in 1 convertible as shown in product page. The button given in remote do not work. It is like any other ordinary split AC. Quality of IDU and ODU is good.

Over all a good experience, from installation to product usage. But more than a review this is reminder and a proof that the 4th slide on product image shows 5 years comprehensive warranty free worth 7990/- it also says 0 hidden cost and no gass refill charges, no labour charges, no remote replacement cost. (Copy pasting 4th point of about this item) Manufacturer Warranty: 5 years free comprehensive, applicable on purchase after 1st Sept 2024 (Coverage: Labor and all functional parts: compressor, Inverter controller drive, Remote, Indoor PCB, Fan Motors, Heat Exchange coils and Gas Charging), 5 years on PCB, 10 years on compressor
