The installation was very quick. The performance of the equipment was quite impressive. Hope to have a low power consumption based on the convertible modes.

I’m happy with the Lloyd AC I purchased. It was delivered in a timely manner. Works well. The service team for installation delayed by 2-3 days. After I called their customer service number, the team came next day and installed.

Don’t buy this AC at any cost. I bought this in Banglore. The installation guys took their own sweet number of days to come to fix it. Upon fixing, there was an error code (this is a new AC) and they said another technician will come for it. It’s been a week and no resolution. Can’t return this now also. Will never buy another havells product ever again. Worst purchase ever

Worst service as compared to other. Frequent leakage issue. Dankin is far better than this……..poor remote quality. Use before using it.

The media could not be loaded.
Indoor unit is cold, good but out door unit drop water. Service instalation is 1400 rupees, buy more 1 meter copper 950 ruppees, buy 1 shelf for out door unit is 850 ruppees, 1 plug 100 ruppees. Tota service 3300 ruppees.

For small rooms the AC is adequate and compact in size. The delivery was on time but the installation was late that too after following up. I paid another 2500 rupees for installation.
