Aarav Enterprise Safdarjung enclave Delhi is FRAUD, Godrej Split AC is Horrible. Please dont buy from AArav Enterprise as it sells old and faulty products and dont respond to your issues. Godrej is least concerned despite the 10 days replacement or refund policy. Both trying to scam customers. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDS. RAISE COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION CELL AND LOCAL POLICE STATION.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the after-sales service provided by Godrej.
• The AC was delivered with a gas leakage issue right from day one.
• It took 5 full days for a technician to visit and fill the gas.
• Just 2 days after the gas refill, the AC stopped working again.
• This time, they claimed there was a coil problem that required replacement.
• Despite identifying the issue, they made me wait 10 days due to lack of available parts.
• Even after the coil was changed, the AC still does not cool properly.
This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. From product quality to customer support, Godrej has completely failed to deliver.
👉 I strongly advise against buying Godrej appliances.
You’ll end up wasting time, money, and patience.

Look wise good but high noise from indoor unit. Poor installation teams, high material charges. Their team damaged my wall and furniture. Even they took 11k for installation whereas outside non godrej installation team quoted 8k for the same. As per their terms, warrenty will not be given if it’s not installed or serviced by the godrej teams. So, went with their expensive instalation.
