I have three havells products at my home.
One RO and two ACs.
I had very bad experience will all the services of all the products.
For the AC1: No one came to install the AC for 1 week. When somebody came to install he did such a worst job that I have to complaint and another guy was sent to install. And he was worst of that as well. So I had to call somebody from outside to install.
For the AC2: AC doesn’t cool at all. I had called service center. Guy came and washed outer unit and left. And assured It will be fixed. I was not at home and My mom was, He didn’t cleaned wall unit, even didn’t clean the filters. Now I installed another Cruize company’s AC, I asked the Cruize installation guy to check old AC, he told me outer unit is making weird noise. So then I complaint to service center, now service center guys are asking 550 rupees as visiting fees because AC warranty is expired. Though compressor has 10 years warranty. I called the service center they said ‘AC apke upar kisine thopa nhi hai apne khud liya hai.’ which mean no one forced you to buy Llyod AC.
Also, I thought of hetting wifi AC but Havells App is the worst AC doesn’t respond for most of the times.
For the RO, Since I didn’t know about ROs much because we live in a village and water is clean here but i thought of buying RO and I chose this one. Product is good no doubt. But guy who came to install didn’t install outside candle filter. After sometime waste changed so I called service guy. He told me that all the filters inside has soil and dust particles. After this experience I got to know that this product comes with 2 free services when In warranty. Now when warranty expires no one called me to service and told me about free services, But now warranty is expired I getting calls for paid service. I asked them about free service then they hung the call on my face in the middle of conversation.
This is my story with Havells. I have 4 ACs, two of them are of Lloyd and one samsung and one Cruzze. And I had worst expirience with Lloyd.
