The LG 1.5 Ton 5 Star DUAL Inverter Split AC (2024 Model) has exceeded my expectations in every way! I was looking for a reliable AC for my living room, and this model has proven to be perfect for larger spaces. The dual inverter technology is incredibly effective, offering quick and consistent cooling while remaining very quiet, which is great for both day and night use.

One of the standout features is the AI Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling, which allows me to adjust the cooling power depending on the weather or room size. This flexibility is not only convenient but also helps to save energy, which is reflected in my lower electricity bills already! The 5-star energy rating is a big plus, especially given the rising energy costs.

Ac is good ,cools and bigroom in just 5 mins , finishing is good look clean and sleak, there is no backlight in remote ‘ hard to operate remote in night and it got no wifi at a price range of 45-47k and service guys are disappointing ‘ service is totally rubbish ‘ installation team was not good ‘ they werr two young boys ‘ no professional work , one guy was constantly putting finger in coller taking it here and there , they didn’t cleaned the debris not a single thing , total mess ‘ his assistant was asking me to handover tools , didn’t even fill the hole made for vent pipes, and while checking ac , ac screws got out from the wall and ac unit was in hands , and they said your walll is not good , and again they fixed it but said to service it carefully in the future totally disappointed with service and the other guy was ordering me like I’m his servant or something, and also he sat on my outdoor unit when. I told him to get up from ttje unit he said its fine , and for vaccum once they did when ac was installed but after installing it again cause it was loose on the wall screws were not tight ‘ they again disconnected pipes bit they didn’t do vaccum process told me it was done earlier and don’t need to do second time ‘ Lg please don’t appoint or assign these type of people for installation, total waste of 1500 not satisfied with installation, product was good

I don’t know why people are saying bad things about this AC. I have Hitachi, Blue Star and Carrier Ac in my home and they are all 2-3 years old. This year i needed one more AC. I was confused between LG,Panasonic and Daikin. But after reading numerous reviews on amazon got a very bad review of LG ACs on amazon. Talked to various ac mechanics and they all said to go for daikin. One of my friend had one LG ac, i saw that it was completely noiseless inside. So only for that reason i took a bet and went for LG. Got the AC delivered by amazon on 23rd april 8pm and on 24th 8 am got a call from LG service for installation. So within 12 hours the AC got installed for 1415 RS. Now talking about the performance of the AC. I dont know why people are saying that it can’t cool. But it cools my 125sq ft room perfectly. In virat mode it reduces 6-7° within 15-20 . The Outdoor unit is 50% more silent than my other ACs. One bad thing i noticed is that it burns more electricity than my 1.5 ton 3 star blue star AC. But if you want the best cooling, quality and service of AC, then go for LG blindly.
